Once your order has been placed, there is no way to cancel or stop it as it immediately goes to our warehouse to be fulfilled.
If you change your mind after placing an order, please return it within 30 days to get a full refund.
Returns are free to take into any stand-alone Paperchase store within 30 days. If you decide to return via post, we recommend a tracked service. We are unable to refund return postage costs unless the item/s are faulty or damaged (see here information on what to do with faulty/damaged items).
