How can I track my delivery?

All deliveries will be sent out via Amazon; once dispatched you will receive an order dispatch email along with a tracking number. You can track your order at https://track.amazon.com/.

Customers registered with Paperchase.com can check their order status online. Click on your recent orders within your account. Please note you cannot check the delivery details for your order via the website, but it will indicate if your order has been dispatched (it will be marked ‘complete’) or is still processing/picking.

If you have not received your order within 14 working days, we ask that you contact us immediately for us to trace your order with our courier. Failing to do so within this time frame could result in not being able to claim for a lost package.
