In store returns

Here at Paperchase, we know that sometimes you change your mind, and that’s okay!

If you’re not happy with your purchase, we will happily refund the price of goods returned within 30 days of the date of purchase – provided that they are still in a saleable condition and accompanied by a valid receipt. Items returned accompanied by a gift receipt will be refunded to a gift card. Items returned without an accompanying receipt will be exchanged for goods of the current selling value or the amount credited to a gift card in a standalone store.

Goods purchased in store or on the Paperchase.com website can be exchanged or refunded within the 30 day period in any Paperchase standalone store. Goods purchased in standalone stores or online cannot be returned to a concession. When returning online goods in store, please always provide a proof of purchase in the form of a receipt or order confirmation email.

Goods purchased online and paid for via Klarna or via PayPal must be returned via the online returns process and cannot be returned in stores.

Goods purchased on other websites (e.g. amazon.co.uk, eBay) can only be returned to the website used in accordance to their terms. They cannot be returned to Paperchase.

Your UK statutory rights are not affected by our returns policy. You have the right to return goods that are faulty (meaning not satisfactory quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described) in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Faulty goods accompanied by an original purchase receipt or order confirmation will be fully refunded. Faulty goods without a purchase receipt or order confirmation can be exchanged or refunded onto a gift card at the current selling value.
