What is Collect+?

Collect+ is a great alternative to have your parcel delivered to one of over 5,550 local convenience stores. Parcels will be dropped off at a Collect+ store of your choice, 7 days a week and during the evening.

When will my order be delivered to store?

Where Collect+ has been selected before 4.30pm Monday-Thursday, we will aim to dispatch your goods from our warehouse within 24 hours of you placing your order (excluding weekends and UK public holidays). Orders placed after 4.30pm on Thursday & before 4.30pm on Friday will arrive Monday. Orders placed after 4.30pm Friday, anytime Saturday or Sunday will arrive Tuesday. Orders placed on a UK public holiday will be shipped on the next working day.

We'll send you an email once you're order has arrived in store and is ready for collection.

How long do I have to collect my items?

Your order will be held at your chosen store for 10 days

We'll then send you an email reminder 3 days after your order has arrived in store and a final email after 7 days.

What if I can't make it within the 10 day period for collection?

Please give your chosen store a quick call to let them know, and they will advise if they can arrange another convenient time for you.

If you do not collect your order within the 10 days and don't make contact with us, your order will be returned to our online fulfilment warehouse and you will receive a refund equal to 50% of your order value.

Do I need to bring anything with me to collect my order?

To ensure that your local store can release your order, we ask for a few things in return:

  1. Display the unique barcode you have received from Collect+ via email (Please remember, the time of day your order is available will vary on the time your order is scanned in as received by the Collect+ store)
  2. Please bring one of the following forms of ID: driving licence, utility bill, mobile phone bill, wage slip, bank statement, cheque guarantee/credit/debit card, bank/building society book, passport, cheque book
  3. Under 18s should bring a National insurance card, medical card or savings book
  4. If you've paid by PayPal or eGift vouchers, then please bring a form photo ID, which must be your passport or photo driving licence

How do I return my Click & Collect order?

Goods purchased through Collect+ can be returned to our online fulfilment warehouse within 28 days of receipt / collection of the goods, or any Paperchase store or concession. Goods must be accompanied by a valid delivery despatch note. Please allow up to 28 days for postal returns to be processed. View our returns policy for more information.
